Heel to Butt
Cradle Holds
Squat to Stand
Reverse Lunge to OH Reach
Lateral Lunge
Inchworm to Push Up
Strider w/ Rotation
Mountain Climbers

1) Crunch w/ Alt Leg Raise
2) Bicycle Crunch
3) Frog Pumps

30 seconds work/ 5 seconds rest
3-sets

Conditioning Workout
1) Drop Squats
2) Mountain Climber to Push Up (1 push up every 4 alt knee tucks)
3) Towel Snaps or Wood Chops
4) Spiderman Plank
5) High Knees

Complete all five exercises in a circuit for 40 seconds of work/ 20 seconds rest
4-Sets Total
