Pre-Challenge Registration & Weigh-in Days

  • Weigh-in Thursday, October 3rd From 3:30pm to 7pm
  • Weigh-in Saturday, October 5th From 7:30 am to 11am
  • Weigh-in Monday, October 7th From 3:30pm to 7pm

We will be meeting with you one on one to answer any questions you have about the program before you register and weigh in.

Nutrition Seminar

Saturday, October 5th at 11am

During the seminar we will go over the nutrition program, meals plans, and answer any questions you have. We want to eliminate all the confusion and make everything as simple as possible for you. If you can’t make it we do have a recording of one that you will get access to when you register for the challenge.
