Schedule a FREE Consultation

Your fitness journey starts with your initial consultation. To ensure you're on the right path, one of our expert teammates will sit down with you to discuss your goals and create a "roadmap" to your success.

We Customize The Perfect Program 

Based on your specific goals, schedule, and lifestyle, we will design the perfect training program and schedule to help you achieve your goals in the fastest but yet safest way possible.

Follow The Plan & Achieve Your Goals

Whatever your goal may be, we are here to provide you with the support, accountability, and any additional resources that you may need to achieve all of your health and fitness goals.

We Design The Perfect Training Plan For You. Here is how it all works.

Step 1: Personal Success Session

We start everybody off with a personal Success Session. During this 45-60 minute meeting with one of our coaches we'll learn more about you, see what you're looking for, answer your questions, and give you an overview of what we would recommend for you.

Step 2: We Come Up With A Plan of Success

From the very first day we set you up on a program, everything is figured out for you. From your workouts, nutrition, and supplements, everything is planned out specifically for you and your fitness goal. We'll guide you as to when to come, which sessions to attend, and of course what to do when you're here.

Our personal approach and focus on our clients is what separates us.

We do not simply sign you up, take your money and throw you out on the floor to figure it out.

We don't have a cookie-cutter workout that everyone follows.

We're going to come up with a plan that is specific to you, your goals, your history, injuries, and interests.

Ultimately what you need to get results may be different than the person next to you, so we're going to come up with the best plan for YOUR success.

Step 3: You Work With A Coach At Every Workout

Every single one of your workouts is supervised by one of our coaches!

We have time slots available from 5:30 am-7:00 pm, Monday-Friday and Saturdays 8am to 11am. Clients schedule their workouts via an online app or  through e-mail or in person with their coaches.

Having a schedule appointment allows you to be more accountable.


Semi-Private Personal Training - This is your foundation. We are staffed with a 6:1 client to coach ratio so there is always a coach on the floor with you, readily available to answer questions and to provide encouragement and motivation. Our clients find this works really well as they get an individualized program and specialized attention, but have the camaraderie of being with others. So not only do you get the benefit of the coaches’ attention, you’ll see it’s not uncommon for members to be supporting and encouraging each other as well.

Group Personal Training - This group workout is for those who are looking for a challenge and want to experience a high energy workout in a safe, fun, team environment. The group workouts are designed to build lean muscle and burn fat and equipped with kettle bells, suspension trainers, sleds, battling ropes and a slew of other fun fitness equipment. 

Step 4: Regular Check-Ins With Your Coach

In addition to your supervised workouts, all our clients receive regular check-ins called Strategy Sessions.

These meetings occur each month as an opportunity to see what's going well, what you're struggling with, and answer what questions you have.

We also use this time to chat nutrition, take progress measurements, and create a plan of attack for the next month.

Step 5: Your Plan Evolves With You

Your program evolves based on how you and your body are responding, as well as information collected during sessions and regularly scheduled Strategy Sessions with our coaches. We will manipulate and change your plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure that you get the results you desire.

Whether it's a modification because of an injury, a tweak because things aren't working, or you have a new goal you want to go after, we'll keep your plan evolving with you.

As you progress, your workouts will progress.
