During our consultation we will use our professional nutrition software to created a personalized nutrition plan that will be designed specific to your individual body type, activity levels, eating preferences, and goals. This alone is worth the investment in the challenge!

Personalized Nutrition Plan

Your personalized nutrition plan will make sure you are eat the right amount and the right types of foods at each meal. It will include calories, macros, and portions sizes to eliminate all guess work. It will also teach you how to track your meals and how to make adjustments if needed.

When does the contest start?

The 6-Week Transformation Contest Begins On Monday, April 3rd.

Pre-Challenge Registration and Weigh-in Days

  • Weigh-in Wednesday, March 29th 19th From 4pm to 7pm
  • Weigh-in Sunday, April 2nd From 9am to Noon
  • Weigh-in Monday, April 3rd From 4pm to 7pm
How much does it cost?

The investment in the program is $169 for the Group Training Option or $299 for the Personal Training Option. For current CT Workout members it's just $49.

Do I have to attend one of the pre-contest weigh ins?

Yes, it is important to attend so we can get all of your starting measurements and answer any of your questions you may have. If you can't make it to the regular scheduled weigh ins we can schedule a time to have you come in for the weigh in.

How do I get started?

All you need to do is scroll down this page and register below. Once you register online you will get a confirmation email with additional details.

How much can I expect to lose during these 6-weeks?

That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 33 lbs and as little as 1 lb. It all depends on where you are starting out and how much effort you put into your training and nutrition during the contest. The truth is that all we can do is show you the way, but ultimately you will get out of the program what you put into it.

What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose?

This isn’t about weight loss; this is a transformation contest. You will be assessed based on before/ after pictures, weight, body fat, and inches lost. So, the person who wins might not be the one who loses the most but rather the person who has the best overall transformation.

What if I have a injury or medical condition?

If I follow your nutrition plan, will I be starving all the time?
