Everyone has their own personal 10ft by 10ft training area that includes all the equipment you need for you workout so there is no need to share equipment. Each space also has it's own disinfectant spray, towels, and hand sanitizer.
Train With Us In The Comfort Of Your Own Home Through Zoom
Not yet comfortable returning back to the gym yet? No problem, all of our training sessions are now streamed through Zoom so you can join us from home or anywhere you have an internet connection. You and your coach will be able to see and interact with each other just like you where here in person.
Train Both In Person and At Home Through Zoom Based On Your Schedule!

Your personalized nutrition plan will make sure you are eat the right amount and the right types of foods at each meal. It will include calories, macros, and portions sizes to eliminate all guess work. It will also teach you how to track your meals and how to make adjustments if needed.

When does the contest start?
The 6-Week Transformation Contest Begins On Monday, May 17th.
Pre-Challenge Registration and Weigh-in Days
- Weigh-in Wednesday, May 12th From 4pm to 6:30pm
- Weigh-in Saturday, May 15th From 8am to 11am
- Weigh-in Monday, May 17th From 4pm to 6pm
How much does it cost?
The investment in the program is $159 for non-members and $49 for current CT Workout members if you sign up before the end of the early bird registration period.
Do I have to attend one of the pre-contest weigh ins?
Yes, it is important to attend so we can get all of your starting measurements and answer any of your questions you may have. If you can't make it to the regular scheduled weigh ins we can schedule a time to have you come in for the weigh in.
How do I get started?
All you need to do is scroll down this page and register below. Once you register online you will get a confirmation email with additional details.
How much can I expect to lose during these 6-weeks?
That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 33 lbs and as little as 1 lb. It all depends on where you are starting out and how much effort you put into your training and nutrition during the contest. The truth is that all we can do is show you the way, but ultimately you will get out of the program what you put into it.
What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose?
This isn’t about weight loss; this is a transformation contest. You will be assessed based on before/ after pictures, weight, body fat, and inches lost. So, the person who wins might not be the one who loses the most but rather the person who has the best overall transformation.
What if I have a injury or medical condition?
We always want to make sure that the program is safe for you to participate in so if you have any concerns, call us at (860) 595-2526 so we can discuss if the program is right for you.
If I follow your nutrition plan, will I be starving all the time?
Simply, no. The plan is based around sound nutritional principles that have helped countless people manage their weight. It's is based on eating whole, unprocessed, and high-quality foods.
