Next Phase Of Boot Camp Starts Monday, November 3rd

I hope that everything is well! I just wanted to send you a reminder that the next phase of boot camp will be starting on
Monday, November 3rd and we have just a few spots left, but they will fill up fast.

If you have not already reserved your spot, please contact me right away at (860) 639-7338 so we can get you all set up to start on
Monday, November 3rd.

Here are just a few of the benefits of Boot Camp:

-You will decrease Body Fat, lose inches, and start seeing your
clothes fit you better!

to reach your goals!

-You will learn about proper nutrition and eliminate all confusion
about what you should be eating and how much!

*Also if you are currently not a member, we will be offering a FREE Two Week Trial for first time members.

We will be having a new Member Orientations will be held on Thursday, October 30th between 4-8pm or Saturday, November 1st between 8am-10am

The new member orientation should only take about 20 minutes and you can stop in anytime between the listed hours.

During the orientation we will go over the following:

  • Your exercise and health history to make sure that the program is safe for you to participate in.
    Take your initial measurements so we can track your progress; height, weight, body fat, and girth measurements
    Go over the basic movements that we use during the training sessions so you will have a smooth transition into our program
    Answer any questions that you may have

If you can’t make it to the next orientation, please let us know so we can make other arrangements for you.
