Newington, CT Personal Trainer uses Kettlebells and Body Weight Exercises to Maximize Fat Loss (Workout Video)

One of my favorite fat loss workouts combines kettlebells and body weight exercises together in a challenging total body circuit. What I like the most about this type of workout is that it can be done literally anywhere and it takes less than 20 minutes of your time to complete. All you need is a kettlebell and a pull up bar. Take a look at the following workout video to see what I mean.


Kettlebell and Body Weight Workout
1. Kettlebell Clean to Press
2. Pull Up
3. Kettlebell Snatch
4. Kettlebell Push Up
5. Kettlebell 1-Arm Swings
6. TRX Body Weight Rows

4 sets/ 8 Reps
2 Minutes Rest Between Sets 

15-25lb Kettlebell for women
35-55lb Kettlebell for men 

*In the video I’m using a 55lb kettlebell
