One of my favorite fat loss workouts combines kettlebells and body weight exercises together in a challenging total body circuit. What I like the most about this type of workout is that it can be done literally anywhere and it takes less than 20 minutes of your time to complete. All you need is a kettlebell and a pull up bar.
