What kind of person are you?
Do you wish it would happen?
Do you go out and make it happen?
It’s easy to say that you want to achieve a certain outcome
For example, “I want to lose 20lbs”
But how bad do you really want to lose those 20lbs?
Are you willing to commit to doing what it takes to achieve losing 20lbs?
Are you ready to commit to making lifestyle changes?
Are you ready to commit to exercising regularly for at least 30 minutes per day?
Are you ready to commit to changing your daily eating habits?
Are you ready to commit to getting at least 7 hours of sleep per night?
Are you ready to commit to substituting water for alcoholic drinks with friends on the weekends?
Are you ready to commit to doing whatever it takes to make it happen?
Is your desired to lose those 20lbs strong enough that you are willing to give up a few things to get what you really want?
If it is, you will find a way. If it’s not, you will find an excuse!
When it comes to reaching your goals you have two choices…
…Take responsibility and commit to taking the daily actions necessary to achieving your goal.
…Or you can make excuses and place blame on outside circumstances for your lack follow thru.
One choice will get you the result you desire.
The other choice will keep you stuck right where you are.
If you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen!
