Ingredients:

12 Slices Deli Ham

12 Eggs

Dried Parsley (about 1 tsp)

Salt & Pepper

 

Directions:

Set oven to 375 degrees

Line a muffin tin with the sliced ham

Crack an egg into each muffin cup (You can pierce the yolk or leave it whole)

Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper & Parsley

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until eggs are your desired doneness
