  • Every program starts with an in depth initial fitness consultation were we take a close look at your injury history, training experience, fitness goals, functional movement screen, and other factors. Using the information gathered during the assessment, we will design an individualized training program. As a result, your individualized training materials will be provided upon return for your second visit. You will be closely coached through the entirety of the program by our team certified personal trainers
  • Personalized Strength & Cardio Programming- Each Personal Training Client will have a personalized program designed specifically for them to precisely dial in on their unique goals and needs.
  • Customized Training Schedule- your entire monthly training schedule will be planned out for you so you know exactly what to do every single day of the week not just the days that you train here with us
  • Customized Nutrition Program- Exercise is just half of the equation, the other half is proper nutrition. We will work with you to create a nutrition plan that works around your specific body type to meet your health and fitness goals
  • More Advanced Training- Because each session will have no more than 5 clients, each person will have more opportunity to work with a coach and this will allow for us to utilize more complex movements that can’t be part of larger group sessions. We can pull out all the stops and use the best movements possible to accelerate your results
  • More Individual Attention- Due to those more intimate session sizes (2-5 clients per session) each client will get more personal attention that in any of our group training programs that we’ve ever offered before
  • Accelerated Results- More individual attention & higher skill movements mean that we can truly ‘release the brakes’ and get you the fastest results possible
  • Target Your Individual Needs & Goals- If you have specific needs or goals that don’t fit directly into what we do in our group coaching program (boot camp) – this is the perfect way to maximize progress toward those

Normally training session will be $35-45 per, but the month of February only, your per session rate is just $25! In case you were wondering we previously charged $79 for one-one-one personal training so you can see this is a huge savings.

Like I mentioned, normally these sessions would be $35-50 per, but during the month of February as we launch this program you can get all these benefits for less than $25 per session.
