When does the contest start?

The 6-Week Transformation Contest Begins On Monday, April 8th.

Pre-Challenge Weigh-in Days

*Weigh-in Thursday, April 4th From 3pm to 7pm

*Weigh-in Saturday, April 6th From 7am-11am
*Weigh-in Monday, April 8th From 3pm to 7pm

*You can stop in anytime during the listed hours. It only takes about 15 minutes to register and weigh in.

​​How much does it cost?

The investment in the program for current CT Workout members is $49. For non-members $159 if you sign up before the end of the early bird registration period.

Do I have to attend one of the pre-contest weigh ins?

Yes, it is important to attend so we can get all of your starting measurements and answer any of your questions you may have. If you can't make it to the regular scheduled weigh ins we can schedule a time to have you come in for the weigh in.

How do I get started?

All you need to do is scroll down this page and register below. Once you register online you will get a confirmation email with additional details on how to download all of the meal plans and nutrition information that goes with the program.

You are also welcome to come in and register at our training facility located at 37 Ann St., Newingon, CT

How much can I expect to lose during these 6-weeks?

That is all very individual. We have had people lose as much as 33 lbs and as little as 1 lb. It all depends on where you are starting out and how much effort you put into your training and nutrition during the contest. The truth is that all we can do is show you the way, but ultimately you will get out of the program what you put into it.

What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose?

This isn’t about weight loss; this is a transformation contest. You will be assessed based on before/ after pictures, weight, body fat, and inches lost. So, the person who wins might not be the one who loses the most but rather the person who has the best overall transformation.

What if I have a injury or medical condition?

We always want to make sure that the program is safe for you to participate in so if you have any concerns, call us at (860) 595-2526 so we can discuss if the program is right for you.

If I follow your nutrition plan, will I be starving all the time?

Simply, no. The plan is based around sound nutritional principles that have helped countless people manage their weight. It's is based on eating whole, unprocessed, and high-quality foods.
